How we work with Districts & BMCs
A collaborative process that keeps communities at the center.
Identify local champions, orient BMC members, and roll out survey kits tailored to district ecology.
Collect specimens, oral histories, and usage data; validate with subject experts and community elders.
Upload structured records to e-PBR, cross-check with GIS layers, and publish dashboards for decision makers.
Track implementation KPIs, respond to policy requests, and replicate successful pilots across Bihar.
